Now I see why sometimes it’s so tough to write out blogs everyday/every other day! What a busy week and weekend. But I promise to get recipes and crafts ideas out!
The good things about Mondays, is they don’t last long. Then the week comes tumbling after, it’s all a very short period of time really. So even if you’re doing the gym today or running or doing hill repeats (that’s me, yay!) keep that in mind. It REALLY doesn’t last that long! It’s not an all day ordeal, for most people it’s typically 30min to an hour. Again, that’s a very short period of time!
Get out there and give that time all you’ve got! Make it your best, even if all you do it walk….get out there and “beat” your last best. Starting the week with the best intentions!
